| Jagan was formerly Test
Group Head at Wipro Infotech, Bangalore. He was responsible for
setting up a large test team for Global R & D that catered to
the needs of products developed in-house and various off-shore
projects. He was also responsible for defining and implementation of
Quality Process that led to the ISO 9001 certification. During a career spanning 9-years at Wipro, PSI and HCL he worked on various projects at Bull H.N, Bull S.A and Tandem Computers in USA and Europe. Jagan also held senior positions in sales support, benchmarking and customer service. As one of the founders of Synergy Infotech, he is credited for setting up the Off-shore development center for Unique Business Systems Corporation, Santa Monica, and developed ERP solution for rental business industry. This product is in use by the industry leaders in audio-visual equipment rental industries besides Warner Brothers and Walt Disney. Jagan has M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT, Madras. |
